German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager


Join a high-impact international digital marketing project supporting large business clients in retail, travel, and high-revenue sectors We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager (Mid/Senior level) to manage, optimize, and grow the advertising strategies of top-tier clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of PPC, Google Ads, online advertising, and consultative sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients across retail, travel, and large-scale industries
  • Provide advanced, consultative support to optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns
  • Analyze advertising performance and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Conduct outbound calls to onboard, scale, and engage clients
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure high-value partnership success
  • Identify upsell opportunities and increase campaign spend
  • Collaborate with clients to align digital marketing strategies with their business goals
  • Educate clients on advanced Google Ads features and market trends
Requirements
  • Native/Fluent German (C2) + Strong English (C1)
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years in sales, Google Ads, digital marketing, or account management
  • Strong experience with PPC campaigns (ideally for retail/travel/high-value clients)
  • Ability to provide senior-level strategic insights and long-term solutions
  • Excellent communication, relationship management & consultation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently towards revenue-driven goals

Salary & Benefits
  • 24.310 € - up to € gross/year
  • Minimum bonus up to 3.500 € , maximum bonus up to 4.290 € yearly bonus
